Chicago is home to the USA’s second largest public transport system, so getting around is a breeze. The L Train serves 144 stations, and for anywhere it doesn’t cover there are over 100 bus routes operating in the city. If you’ll be exploring the city lots, the best value option is to grab a 24-hour unlimited transit ticket for $10. Chicago O’Hare, the city’s main airport, is located 15 miles from Downtown. A train runs regularly 24 hours a day from O’Hare Blue Line Station to the city centre, taking around 45 minutes and costing $5.
